Refund Policy
No Refunds Within 7 Days
All table bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date. This policy helps us maintain accurate vendor counts and event planning.
Transfers Allowed
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to another vendor. Contact us to arrange the transfer. The new vendor must meet the same requirements and agree to our vendor terms.
Admin Discretion
In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of NorCal Collectors management. This includes situations such as event cancellation by the organizer.
Cancellation by Organizer
If NorCal Collectors cancels an event, all vendors will receive a full refund of their table booking fees.
